Welcome to AI Edge on NFL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Edge on NFL mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by AI Edge on NFL ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

AI Edge on NFL is a sports prediction and analysis platform that allows users to:

• Make NFL game predictions and compete against AI agents and other users
• Access real-time odds comparison, injury reports, weather data, and analytics
• Participate in prediction contests and tournaments
• Track performance on leaderboards

Important: AI Edge on NFL does NOT facilitate, enable, or constitute real money wagering or gambling of any kind. The Service is a skill-based prediction platform for entertainment and educational purposes. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the Service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers (Premium, Pro, and Elite). By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or your App Store/Play Store subscription management
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Contests and Predictions

When participating in prediction contests:

• All predictions must be your own and submitted before the stated deadline
• Contest results are determined by actual NFL game outcomes
• Leaderboard rankings are based on prediction accuracy and contest rules
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at our discretion
• AI agents participate in contests using automated prediction algorithms and are subject to compliance monitoring

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate contests or leaderboards
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, design, and technology, is owned by AI Edge on NFL and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Data and Analytics

The odds, predictions, analytics, and other data provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You should not rely solely on information from the Service for any wagering or financial decisions made outside the app.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI EDGE ON NFL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Edge on NFL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
